Dar Sapori is a Dubai-based importer and distributor of artisanal Italian food - cheese, pork-free cured meats, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar of Modena, pasta, truffles, preserves, sweets and nuts - supplying hotels, restaurants, cafes and caterers across the UAE and the GCC. Our office is at Malaya Business Avenue in JLT, Dubai, and we work with trade buyers only.

Where does Dar Sapori source its products?
We buy directly from family-run producers across Italy. They include family dairies in Piedmont and Lombardy, and an acetaia near Modena, surrounded by Trebbiano and Lambrusco vineyards, that carries out every stage of production in-house. Each producer is chosen for traditional methods, clean ingredients and formats that suit professional kitchens.
Can Dar Sapori source products to our specification?
Yes. Beyond our standard range, we source to specification. Tell us the origin, format and price point that fit your concept and volume, and we look for a producer who can supply it. We arrange samples before you commit to an order.
Are Dar Sapori cured meats pork-free?
Yes. Our cured meats are pork-free only: beef bresaola, turkey and halal-certified salumi. Hotels, restaurants and caterers in the UAE and the GCC can serve Italian antipasti and charcuterie boards with no pork on the menu.
Who does Dar Sapori supply?
We are a B2B supplier. Our customers are executive chefs, F&B managers and purchasing teams at hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, bakeries, delis and caterers in the UAE and the GCC. We do not sell to consumers or publish price lists. Every offer is quoted for the venue.
